  Paid good money for outdoor parimeter for rats and all the did was use dabit. Then was supose to come every other month to spray and get all spider webs down. What a joke.

  After finally getting an offer accepted on a home my wife and I set out to find a company that could do our home inspection and pest inspection. After a doing a google search I came across several companies and I contacted several of the companies via email. Kayla Reginato from Twin Home Services was the first to reply to my email. I advised Kayla that I was still looking around, so she scheduled me for a tentative appointment. I decided to go with this company because they had good reviews and a good price.
  
  On the day of my inspection I was unable to leave work to be there for the entire inspection, but I did get there for the last 30 minutes, where I met my inspector James Davenport. James was great, he reviewed all of his major findings with me and he answered all of my questions. I received my completed home inspection report with pictures via email within 5 hours after the inspection was complete.
  
  I would definitely recommend Twin Home Services to anyone I know who is buying a home.
