  After 2 days of my request to repair my dishwasher and they did not call back or send a technician, finally I called them to follow up my ticket (!!) and the operator started to ask me what was wrong with the appliance!!!! Like a new case, she started to ask me all the same questions again after 48 hours and when I asked her why? She rudely answered that you should tell me all these again in order for me to solve the problem!!
  I do not recommend to work with this service center! Go find one of your reliable local shops!
